The following was received from Nick Dean Tesco's Stores Ltd in response to our letter.

FPROPOSED TESCO FOODSTORE, SHERINGHAM - 3 HOUR FREE PARKING

Dear Pam,

As promised, I am coming back to you on the question you raised with me regarding Tesco's position on provision of free car parking. I am pleased to advise that Tesco have confirmed to the Head of Planning at North Norfolk District Council that they are agreeable to providing up to 3 hours free car parking at the proposed store car park. The Company also agreed to accept a car parking management agreement, which would facilitate availability of the car park for town centre users. This information was reported to the Council's Joint Development Control Committee on 14th September last.

Kind Regards

Nick Dean
On behalf of Tesco.
